Registration is not available at district stations in Dunkirk, Lusby, or North Beach. If you show up at a district station for registration purposes, you will be directed to Prince Frederick.

Under CP § 11-704, all Tier I, II, and III offenders must register. New registrants must appear within three days of release from a correctional facility, starting supervision, or moving into Calvert County. Any change in address, employment, school, vehicle, phone, or email address must also be reported within three days under state law.

Offenders who are homeless must check in weekly with Detective Mudd's unit at the Prince Frederick headquarters. This requirement applies for the full duration of the homelessness period. Any move to a new address, whether permanent or temporary, must be reported within three days.
