Under CP § 11-704, all Tier I, II, and III sex offenders must register. The three-day deadline under CP § 11-705 applies to new registrants in Carroll County just as it does statewide. Any change in address, employment, school, vehicle, phone number, or email address must be reported to the Sheriff's Office within three days. Registration Tiers and Compliance in Carroll County
